OPCom Oil Particle Monitor
Directly connectable to high-pressure lines! A compact sensor that continuously monitors contamination and wear in hydraulic and lubrication systems.
The "OPCom Particle Monitor" is a high-precision optical particle sensor that continuously monitors particle contamination and the wear condition of machinery in hydraulic fluids and lubricants in real-time. By quickly detecting and displaying changes in particle concentration within the system, it helps prevent equipment troubles and secondary damage, contributing to reduced maintenance costs. ■ High Pressure Resistance Design and Direct Installation With a high pressure specification of up to 420 bar (static pressure 600 bar), it can be directly installed and operated on hydraulic lines. ■ High-Precision Optical Measurement It adopts a light-blocking laser measurement in compliance with ISO 11943. It accurately displays cleanliness classes based on international standards such as ISO 4406, SAE AS 4059, NAS 1638, and GOST 17216. ■ Excellent Operability Equipped with a highly visible display and keypad, it enables intuitive settings on-site. ■ Rich Communication Interfaces Supports various communications such as analog output, CAN bus, and IO-Link, making it easy to integrate with PLCs. ■ Excellent Environmental Resistance and Variations Featuring robust protection grade IP67, models that accommodate special operating fluids such as phosphate esters are also available in the lineup.
